The Pearl floor lamp, by 101 Copenhagen, is inspired by ancient Japanese lanterns. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl, the lantern shaped light source of opal glass is half hidden behind a flexible metal screen. The perforated metal screen filters the light and can be turned around to create unique lighting installations.
The lampshade is mounted to a sleek metal frame, adding a certain lightness to the lamp.
The floor lamp comes with an 350cm black fabric cable.
